U.S. Dairy Ingredient Workshop: Savoury Snack Innovation

USDEC will conduct a U.S. Dairy Ingredient Workshop in collaboration with Singapore's Food Innovation and Resource Centre (FIRC) on Thursday, November 21, 2019. The hands-on training workshop will be the first-ever to focus on savoury snacking applications for U.S. permeate and will aim to inspire end-user confidence in U.S. permeate as an advantageous nutritional and functional innovation solution.
Beyond introducing ideas for innovative and Southeast Asia-friendly product development opportunities, participants will explore the functionality of U.S. permeate first-hand with guidance from Martin Teo, Technical Director - Food Applications, USDEC SEA.
Participating U.S. suppliers will have the opportunity to present to as well as network one-on-one with participants from across Southeast Asia.
