Mexico Foodservice Seminars

USDEC will implement 15 U.S. cheese seminars focused on extending the reach of current Mexican distributors of U.S. cheese and showcasing to end-users the wide selection of U.S. cheese available to them. The target audience will be the foodservice sector, primarily focusing on medium to high-end hotels and restaurant chains, casual dining regional chains and independent operators. This segment of the Mexican market is the least penetrated by U.S. cheese supply and offers the best opportunity to rebuild and further expand the U.S. cheese market share.
