USDEC will conduct two one-day training programs created especially for the Chinese bakery sector. The programs offer classroom and hands-on instruction for R&D personnel who make formulation decisions, as well as distributors and dry blenders. The first training will be held on Sept. 20 in Guangzhou; the second will take place on Sept. 26 in Shenyang.
